Customers must notify us within 3 days of receiving the order if they wish to request a return or exchange. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
2. Eligible Returns
We only accept returns or exchanges in the case of defective or damaged products.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons related to:
• Wrong size or fit
• Change of mind
We provide detailed size charts and product information to help you choose the correct size before placing your order. It is the customer’s responsibility to review this information carefully.
3. Return Process
If a product is defective and the customer notifies us within the allowed period:
• The customer must ship the item back within 3 additional days from the date we confirm the return request.
• Return instructions and the appropriate return address will be provided based on the customer’s country.
4. Return Shipping Costs
The cost of return shipping is discussed case-by-case with the customer, depending on the location and nature of the issue.
5. Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must be:
• In original, unused condition
• With all original packaging (if applicable)
• Not washed or altered in any way
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
